The Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, London

A year last Christmas my daughter bought me a voucher to visit The Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew in London and I eagerly anticipated going there with my camera in the Spring of 2020!!

Roll on two voucher extensions (many thanks to Virgin Experiences) and 18 months and we finally made it, camera in hand

And it did not disappoint.

Such a beautiful, peaceful space. And as an added bonus, the weather was gorgeous.

We were so lucky that we were able to enjoy the glasshouses (Palm House, Temperate House, Princess of Wales Conservatory) as they were finally able to open.

There were a few restrictions/closures remaining – i.e. The Giant Pagoda, The Hive – but these are still  impressive viewed from outside.

I took so many images, this week I have managed to put together 3 panels!! And, even then it was difficult to know what to leave out.

If you have the opportunity I would highly recommend a visit to Kew Gardens.
